The total number of affected in the Region of Murcia since the beginning of the pandemic amounts to 4,725 people, of which 3,019 cases have been credited by PCR (91 more than the previous day), according to data from the Epidemiology Service corresponding to this Saturday at 11:59 p.m.
Of the 91 new PCR positive cases, 22 are from Murcia, eleven from Totana, eight from Cartagena and seven from Mazarrón. The rest are positive distributed by various municipalities in the Region.
The number of active cases amounts to 1,074 people (83 more than the previous day), of which 58 are admitted to hospital centers (nine more than the previous day) and ten in intensive care (the same figure as the previous day) .
The rest, 1,016 people, remain in home isolation and there are 1,794 people cured (eight more than the day before). In addition, the number of tests carried out continues to grow, specifically 108,443 PCR tests and 64,004 antibodies have already been carried out.
The Ministry of Health asks citizens for responsibility, respect for hygiene measures, self-protection, social distance and the use of masks in the correct way to avoid infections.
