From July 6 to 10, a dozen refugee cooks are welcomed by five restaurateurs from the Bordeaux metropolis, to jointly concoct unique dishes with original mixtures. Menus created jointly by restaurateurs and refugees combine flavors from around the world. The Refugee Food Festival tries, through cooking, to fight against prejudices and to facilitate the professional integration of refugees.
