The Emirates Red Crescent Authority called on those wishing to volunteer and participate in the aid mobilization process to register via the authority’s website.

Tomorrow, in the Al Mushrif Hall in Abu Dhabi and the Emirates National Schools in Al Nahyan camp – Abu Dhabi, the volunteers will start mobilizing aid to facilitate its delivery to the beneficiaries in Syria and Turkey.

The centers for receiving in-kind donations identified by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority at the state level are still witnessing a turnout of citizens and residents who donated their foodstuffs, sanitary materials, clothes and blankets, to provide relief to those affected by the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey.

The Emirates Red Crescent Authority confirmed the continuation of the “Bridges of Good” campaign to aid those affected in Syria and Turkey, which requires the cooperation of all segments of society in the country, and assistance with in-kind and financial donations, stressing that financial donations are easier to deal with than in-kind, as they allow the purchase of food and medicine supplies. , sanitary ware, and clothing from the affected countries themselves, which shortens the time for shipping and packing aid.

The “Bridges of Good” campaign came as part of the major relief operation “The Gallant Knight 2” launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, to save lives and alleviate the suffering of thousands of affected people and millions threatened by the repercussions of the disaster in both Syria and Turkey. .

The Emirates Red Crescent Authority has identified 47 locations in various regions of the country to receive in-kind donations, represented in Abu Dhabi at the headquarters of the “Authority” center, opposite Carrefour, Airport Street, Marina Mall Caravan, opposite Baniyas Association – Shahama, Al Najda Street, next to Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, Khalifa City Khalaf.
