They usually offer a listening ear, a welcome explanation, an awaited advice or a comforting coffee to the relatives of the detainees in the remand center. Since October 24, however, the forty volunteers of the Association Solidarité Prison Justice (ASPJ) have not been active. More welcome for them, their room located in front of the Châlonnaise remand center remains closed.
