Furthermore, the Chief of the National Police also communicated the fact that the Panpel party had been negligent. This is because there is no emergency plan prepared to deal with special situations with the crowd reaching almost 42,000 at Kanjuruhan Stadium.
“Then we found that nearly 42,000 spectators who came yesterday when we investigated from Panpel had not prepared an emergency plan to handle special situations as required by article 8 of the PSSI 2021 safety regulation,” he said.
The national police chief also named six suspects in the Kanjuruhan tragedy which caused 131 deaths. Three of them come from the football sphere.
In addition to Hadian Lukita, the other two are Arema FC Panpel president Abdul Haris and security officer Suko Sutrisno.
