Several types of fuel oil (BBM) sold by PT Pertamina (Persero) has increased. In fact, it has not been a month since this state-owned company made price adjustments.
As summarized detik.com, Friday (4/3/2022), on February 12, 2022, Pertamina raised the price of Pertamax Turbo to Rp. 1,500 per liter. Dexlite and Pertamina Dex also increased by Rp. 2,650 and Rp. 2,050, respectively.
For example, the price of Pertamax Turbo in DKI Jakarta, which was previously Rp. 12,000 per liter, has now increased to Rp. 13,500 per liter. Then for Dexlite from the previous Rp 9,500 per liter to Rp 12,150 per liter. Lastly, for Pertamina Dex from the previous Rp 11,150 per liter to Rp 13,200 per liter.
“Pertamina has adjusted the price of general fuel oil (BBM) in order to implement the Ministerial Decree (Kepmen) ESDM No. 62 K/12/MEM/2020 concerning the Basic Price Formula in Calculation of Retail Selling Prices for General Oil Fuel Types of Gasoline and Diesel Oil. Channeled Through Public Fuel Filling Stations,” reads Pertamina’s statement.
Less than a month ago, last Thursday (3/3) Pertamina again raised the prices of several types of fuel. Quoted from the official MyPertamina website, there are three types of fuel that experienced an increase in prices, namely Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, and Pertamina Dex. The price increase applies throughout Indonesia.
The increase in the price of non-subsidized fuel varies in each region or province, ranging from Rp. 500-1,100 per liter.
The price of Pertamax Turbo in DKI Jakarta, which was previously Rp. 13,500 per liter, has now increased to Rp. 14,500 per liter. Then for Dexlite from the previous Rp 12,150 per liter to Rp 12,950. Finally, for Pertamina Dex from the previous Rp 13,200 per liter to Rp 13,700 per liter.
Meanwhile, for Pertamina fuel types Pertamax and Pertalite which are widely used by the public, there is no price increase.
