An intense political day. There are two main fronts. An internal one, with Lega and Forza Italia who vote in opposition on the Rai license fee: the Northern League in favor of confirming the cut, the Azzurri against. An affair which for obvious reasons has caused some tension in the majority.
The second front, however, was European, with the vote of confidence ad Urusla von der Leyennow officially confirmed for her second presidency of the European Commission. Of course, Ursula only has a 10 vote margin, in short she enjoys a much less solid majority than that of her first term. In the end, the Democratic Party also voted in favor of the German, after weeks of hesitations, vetoes and threats which however focused exclusively on the role of Raffaele Fittowho will be executive vice president of the nascent commission.
