The building project located on Traian Moșoiu street in Cluj-Napoca, which proposes to build a building with mixed functions of housing and medical services, received a favorable opinion at the meeting of the Technical Commission of the City Hall. The planned development has a total area of ​​1,634 sqm, according to the project plans, and will include approximately 19 apartments, along with an area for medical services. The project also includes ten additional parking spaces for visitors, which will be able to be used by clients of the nearby Gynia clinic.

Gynia Clinic Gang Easement Dispute

A controversial aspect of the meeting was the normal access for cars through the path of the Gynia clinic, which is located on Traian Moșoiu Street. Representatives of the clinic raised objections about the additional traffic created by the project, but the developers stressed that the right-of-way is legal and that access will be regulated and marked, according to the opinion of the Traffic Commission.

Details of the new and urban complex compliance

There was also a technical floor in the first project, but it was requested to be removed after discussions with the committee, in order to comply with the height regime and reduce the impact on the neighbours. According to the architect Mihai Schmidt, the final building will have two underground levels for parking and civil defense shelters, a basement, two full floors and a detached floor, thus depending on the height of the nearby buildings.

Favorable notice and additional conditions

Senior architect Daniel Pop mentioned in his findings that the favorable opinion depends on additional changes, including the provision of parking spaces for ambulances, which are necessary for medical activities in the area .
