The Real Betis Balompié Foundation and LaLiga held an event to support a foster home for children that the Safe Haven Children’s Foundation has in Inkorodu Lagos, in Nigeria.
In this visit of the Verdiblanca Foundation together with LaLiga, Real Betis donated equipment and sports equipment to this center that takes children and adolescents in situations of vulnerability or orphans out of the street for their inclusion and empowerment.
Real Betis shares Green-and-White values throughout the world through its Foundation, which works jointly with the Club’s international business development department. Its objective is not only to discover and train new talents, but to facilitate access to a good education throughout the world. For its part, LaLiga, an active partner of African football for several years, is also very committed to sharing its resources and best practices that help strengthen football in Africa.

Desmond Chiji, LaLiga delegate in Nigeria, reiterated LaLiga’s plan to support community projects: “This project is one of our ways of contributing to the community, we have carried out projects like this in other parts of Africa, and we will continue to do so.
