I have this Rayban (bought in Italy at an official Rayban store). It was quite a hassle to install the app to connect your glasses to your phone (the app cannot be downloaded from the Dutch store). I was able to install the app via a PKG installer.
It actually works very well, for calling you have a speaker on both sides and you can hear the caller very well. You can record with the button on the side.
If you press the button twice, a light on the front of the glasses comes on so that the person opposite you can see that you are filming or taking a photo. Videos are of reasonable good quality and certainly useful for social media. There is a small storage in your sunglasses and you can empty that storage (where your images are stored) via the app.
1, Rayban is a top pair of sunglasses, especially the glasses look very nice
2, I think it’s great that they made it this way, super cool gadget.
3, you can indeed make a video and people won’t even notice…But with your cell phone or a camera in the button of your blouse you can also film and no one will see it.
In any case, I would like it if the app became normally available in the store, so that I can soon use it again on my fold 5.
So those glasses are recommended.
