The BMW Z8 is a rare sports model in the style of the 50s. The convertible is equipped with a 400-horsepower V8 and accelerates to 100 km / h in 4.7 seconds.

In total, only 5703 BMW Z8s were produced from 1998 to 2003. Currently, the price of such roadsters easily exceeds 200 thousand dollars. The sports car was remembered as a James Bond car: it starred in the movie “The World Is Not Enough”, where it was cut in half with a circular saw.

The BMW Z8 sports car is the creation of the famous designer Henrik Fisker, who is also known for the Aston Martin V8 Vantage and Fisker Karma. Its elegant appearance is inspired by the famous 1956 BMW 507. The car has a long hood, teardrop-shaped headlights and a curved rear end.
It was this BMW Z8 that received an amazing and even controversial tuning. It was equipped with a door like a Lamborghini. As a rule, such rare cars are not modified in this way, because this reduces their cost.
The convertible is powered by a 4.9-liter V8 from the iconic BMW M5 E39 sedan. With a 6-speed manual transmission, the BMW Z8 sports car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and its top speed is limited to 250 km/h.
