In Zamora they will present this Katiuska, an original operetta by Emilio González del Castillo and Manuel Martín Alonso with music by Pablo Sorozábal. An opera that premiered on January 27, 1931 at the Victoria Theater in Barcelona.
The libretto is set in an inn on the outskirts of a Ukrainian town near the border with Romania in the late summer of 1918.
