On Fridays, Railjet xpress trains traveling to and from Germany only run to and from Salzburg. They miss out on the section in Germany. An exception to this is the railjet departing from Keleti railway station at 7:40 a.m. and departing from Munich at 1:29 p.m.
Hungária EuroCity operates from Budapest only to Prague on Fridays, while Hungária EuroCity, which departs from Hamburg to Budapest, misses its German section and operates only from Prague.
The Kálmán Imre EuroNight, which departs from Stuttgart to Budapest on Friday, operates only from Salzburg. The train between Stuttgart and Salzburg does not run – they wrote.
The company indicated:
tickets redeemed before April 18 and for April 21 to Germany or the return trip can be redeemed free of charge or used until April 23 in the conditions indicated on the ticket.
When buying a new ticket, the railway company can only provide offers that are still available. If only a more expensive ticket can be issued to the passenger, a fairness request can be submitted to the customer service for the difference between the two ticket prices.
