The mayor of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, José Manuel Bermúdez, and the councilor for sports, Alicia Cebrián, received an outstanding representation of the frontenis section of the Circle of Friendship XII January in the town hall.
Among all the successes of the section, highlights the championship achieved by Guti Vidal Herrera in the seventh edition of the Fronton World Cup in the distance of 30 meters, champions of Spain and Europe, as well as players selected by the Spanish Pelota Federation in European, World Absolute and World U-22 Championships.
The Circle of Friendship XII January has a racquetball school with almost 13 years of existence and about 70 participants today, with participations in all categories, both male and female from youngest to veteran.
