The first legs of the quarterfinals will be played on April 11 and 12 and the second legs a week later, on April 18 and 19.. Both in 1/4 and in the potential semi, Real Madrid, which is seeking its record of 15 trophies in the highest continental competition, will play the first leg at home and the second leg away.
If the team led by Carlo Ancelotti defeated Chelsea, champion of the Champions League in 2021, they would play in the final against the winner of City-Bayern Munich. On the other side of the table determined by the draw, the winners of Milan-Napoli and Inter-Benfica will play in the semifinals.

The draw kitchen
The quarterfinal draw was open, meaning no seeding or country protection, and the pairings were numbered 1–4 for the semifinal draw.
Because Milan and Inter share the same home stadium and cannot play on the same night, nor at home within 24 hours, Inter’s quarterfinal matchup against Benfica was reversed. Milan, being Italian champion, had priority.
Was there also a draw for the final? Yes, for administrative purposes. The winners of semifinal 2 (Real Madrid / Chelsea – Man City / Bayern) will be the ‘locals’ in the Champions League final.
