The result of “two years of work” has just been released for the Sens hospital center. The High Health Authority (HAS) has certified the establishment with the “high quality of care” rating. “It’s not that easy to have,” assures Véronique Robin, director of the hospital. Six HAS experts observed the operation of the hospital last May. “Nearly 900 points were evaluated. On the seventeen imperative criteria, we obtained a score greater than 95% compliance,” explains the director. Investigations carried out on patient care, teamwork and even processes.

While the HAS was transferred to all the services of the hospital center, certain changes were made following the observations of the experts. “The potassium ampoules in the pharmacy have been relocated. Services quickly changed certain practices. » To obtain, in the end, an overall objective achievement score of 96.70%.
At the same time, the hospital awarded service medals to 27 agents. Two employees were awarded the gold medal for having served in the hospital public service for more than 35 years.
