The Public Prosecution ordered the imprisonment of an accused person for publicly disgraceful acts of transport in Zagazig.
The Public Prosecution Office was notified by the “Investigator Associate of the Second Zagazig Police Department” of his observation on the morning of the 31st of last October, a number of citizens gathered in the Department’s Department, and the accused arrested them after he harassed a student during their independence of a means of transportation, and he seized him to be presented to the “Public Prosecution”.
The victim testified during the investigations of the “Public Prosecution” that the accused looked at her and performed actions that violated her modesty; She asked him for help, intending to harass her, so she sought help from those on the transport, so they arrested him and handed him over to the police.
While the “Public Prosecution” questioned the accused about what was attributed to him as a blatant and indecent act in public, and exposing him to others in a public place by doing pornographic matters, then he decided that he had secured without his will as a result of contact with the seat on which he was sitting that aroused his desire, denying that he was exposed to the victim.
Police investigations confirmed that the accused had made an indecent act in public, when he was entrusted with the means of transportation, and the victim witnessed him during that.
The competent court decided to extend the detention of the accused by an additional fifteen days pending investigations, and it is being completed.
