The report stated that by signing the psychological and mental medical examination of the accused, it was found that she does not suffer from any delusions, and that she does not have hallucinations of any kind or hallucinatory behavior in terms of time, place, people and situations, and that her memory is intact for near and far events, and the memory of personal history is also sound, which confirms Her ability to perceive, choose and distinguish between right and wrong, and she can judge things and she is aware of their actions and results.

The report added that from the debates of the members of the committee formed to examine the accused several times during her admission to the forensic psychiatry unit at the Abbasid Mental Health Hospital, and the medical, psychological and social research conducted to her, in addition to the medical notes and the nursing notes, it was found that the aforementioned accused does not have her at the present time.
