SEVILLA 27 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The spokesperson for the Executive Commission of the PSOE-A, María Márquez, has warned of the “lies” and “unfulfilled promises” of the president of the Board, Juanma Moreno, in terms of housing, in addition to his “zero commitment” to the young people in the Andalusian region.
Thus, he lamented that Moreno’s “words, promises and electoral programs” “have not been blown away by the wind, but rather by a gale.” In this context, he stressed that the majority of young Andalusians “cannot buy a home” because “they cannot save to get into a mortgage or in many cases they allocate more than 50% of their salary to pay the rent.”
“Moreno has been governing Andalusia for almost six years and he has lied,” he said in a statement on the official account of the PSOE-A on the social network ‘X’, while asking about “where are the 40,000 homes that he said were what to do? Do they choke on their words,” he reproached.
Likewise, I have raised the question of what happened with Moreno’s “alleged star measure” regarding the development of a Youth Guarantee Program, while he continues “without putting a single euro” for the Youth Rental Bonus, promoted by the Government of Spain. , but it had to be managed by the Junta de Andalucía.
In this regard, he has influenced Moreno’s “inability” to manage the funds and distribute the aid that has come from the Government of Pedro Sánchez for young people with the aim of “helping them access affordable housing.” “No words, no promises, no management. A constant tease,” he said.
Finally, he referred to the statements of the Urban Planning Councilor of the Malaga City Council and representative of the PP, Carmen Casero, who assured that “Málaga residents do not have to take out a mortgage.” For Márquez it is summed up in “classism and zero commitment to young people in Andalusia,” he concluded.
