A Coruña, Santiago and Ferrol join the second PEL-Reactiva program promoted by the Deputation of A Coruña to support with public aid to the sectors hardest hit by the economic crisis derived from the pandemic. Hospitality, hotels and travel agencies will have access to this fund of 9 million euros.
Until now these three councils could not participate in this initiative of the provincial body which, as a novelty, highlights the minimum times for the transfer of aid, from a few hours to a maximum of three days.
The mayors and mayoress have highlighted the importance that these payments will have, 1,500 euros on average could be granted, for these essential sectors of economic activity. Inés Rey and her counterparts have demanded the same commitment from the Xunta de Galicia.
The local government that, for now, continues to work on the preparation of the second Reactivation Plan, Presco, with criticism from the opposition for still not being approved when we are already in the fifth month of 2021.
