The government of the province of Buenos Aires, through the Ministry of Health, begins to apply new vaccine reinforcements against the COVID-19. They will be the first booster for boys and girls aged 6 months to 2 years, the second booster for people aged 3 to 17, and the third booster for everyone over 18.
This new strengthening was agreed within the framework of the Federal Health Council, composed of representatives of the 24 national jurisdictions, where the importance of each population group having its own updated vaccination calendar was underlined.

It should be remembered that in the Province of Buenos Aires the vaccine is free and federal for the following groups:
Under 3 years: Primary schedule of two doses, plus a booster.
People between 3 and 17 years old: Primary scheme + two boosters.
People aged 18 and over: Primary scheme + three reinforcements.
Immunocompromised people, aged 12 and over and over 50 who received the first 2 doses of the Sinopharm vaccine: Primary scheme of three doses + three boosters.
