The Protagonism and Leadership of Women in Professional Spaces: Exploring Gender Equality, the Mujer Basa Program, and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

Presented 3 important topics in the activity called “The protagonism and leadership of women in professional spaces”, the Club had the presentation of professionals who will share information of utmost importance to the participants: “Importance of gender equality in companies ”, by Verónica Fretes, Human Talent Manager and the “Presentation of the Mujer Basa Program”, by Johanna Mongelós, Transactional Business Manager, SMEs and People, both from Banco Basa; while Mónica Codas, Marketing Specialist, will explain about “Imposter syndrome and how to overcome it.”
