The Prosecutor’s Office asks for seven years in prison for a man for child pornography | Radio Club Tenerife | Present

The Provincial Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife hosts, this Wednesday, the first session of the trial against a man for possession and distribution of child pornography. The arrest was part of a broader operation throughout Spain with 23 involved. The investigation was assumed in the case of Tenerife by the Court Number 3 of the Tenerife capital with a the only Canary Islands detainee and no criminal record. In the housing registry seized a laptop where the defendant kept up to 200 files of pedophile material, both photographs and video files showing sexual practices that the Prosecutor’s Office calls “brutal with minors between five and seven years of age.” Therefore, the Public Prosecutor considers that the accused is the author of a crime of corruption of minors for which he requests that the accused be imposed sentence of seven years in prison and another seven on probation as well as the special disqualification for any profession or trade that has been in regular and direct contact with minors for a period of six years.
