The prosecutor’s office appealed against the verdict of the Vasilkovsky district court of the Kiev region, which acquitted the former MP Sergei Pashinsky. On Tuesday, April 20, reports Ukrainian truth with reference to the press service of the Office of the Attorney General.
The Prosecutor General’s Office insists on sentencing the ex-People’s Deputy, suspected of inflicting grievous bodily harm to citizen Vyacheslav Khimikus, with a 7-year imprisonment.
It is noted that the appeal was filed with the Kiev Court of Appeal.
