The results of the announcement to become part of the central grid of the 14th edition of the “100 Hours of Independent Theater” Festival are announced by the Ministry of Culture of the Municipality.
The call, open from Friday 16 September to Sunday 16 October 2022, was intended for all groups of Independent Theaters and / or Cast Concerts in the city.
40 internship proposals were evaluated, 12 of which were chosen for this edition.
On this occasion, the Festival curator will be responsible for the Network of Theatrical Halls of the City of Cordoba, which has proposed the following evaluation commission:
• Nella Ferrez, actress, producer and manager. Member of the Tres Tigres Theater Collective, with over 25 years of experience.
• Gabriel Andrés Pérez, actor, manager and teacher.
• Agustina Márquez, designer and lighting operator. Member of the TEMID network (Network of show business technicians, women and dissident identities).
The “100 hours of independent theater” festival will take place from Wednesday 9 November to Sunday 13 November, in itinerant form, in various local independent theaters (authorized by the ordinance 10782/04).
This new edition invites to reflect on the spectators, gathered in a marathon party of 12 theatrical performances and numerous parallel activities.
The projects that have been chosen and that will be included in the grid are detailed below:
1. “Abused”. Director: Micaela Franchino
2. “Creoles. A Gaucho Subversion ”, by the Burdas group. Direction: Carolina Gallardo Hidalgo
3. “The Mount of Wonders”. Direction: Massimiliano Gallo.
4. “Have fun”. Direction: Marcelo Massa.
5. “La Cucca and Rossi in Cuéntamelo Tú.” Director: Cintia Brunetti
6. “Diving without water. Version [muy] without texts produced in the women’s prison of Bouwer ”, by the Lo Culinario Teatro group. Address: Fwala-lo Marin.
7. “La Madriguera, or how to escape inside”, by Compañía Danza Viva. Direction: Cristina Gómez Comini.
8. “The silence”. Management: Cipriano Argüello Pitt.
9. “Forest”. Address: Facundo Dominguez.
10. “Love is looking in the mirror and not breaking it”. Address: Camilo Araya Araya.
11. “A pale blue dot in the dark.” Direction: Ariel Davila.
12. “Kiss me a lot”. Direction: Guillermo Vanadía.
