The programming of the Book Week begins in Tarancón | Radio Tarancón

The Luis Rius Municipal Library has already presented the programming of the Book Week 2021.

Book Day is celebrated this Friday, April 23rdAs every year, the Tarancón library has prepared a program that will cover the entire week, starting this Monday.

The librarian, Blanca Garrido, has ensured that almost all activities will be via on-line respecting health measures. Thus, it highlights that for regular users of the library it is being a learning process, but they are increasingly adapting to new technologies in order to be present in all the activities that are carried out.

Programming

Programming begins this afternoon, at 7:00 p.m., with the virtual meeting with Alberto Martínez, author of the book A deer on the road

In addition, the initiative will take place from the library throughout the week. “Blind date with a book”, with which they invite you to borrow a book without knowing what it is.

Programming continues this Tuesday in the library’s social networks, where they will be published videos and audios of stories counted by those participants who want to recommend a story.

The Wednesday there will be a virtual conference on the “Centennial of the Noble City of Tarancón”, in charge of the municipal archivist, Jesús Garrido.

In addition, the Thursday a virtual meeting via YouTube with the writer Gonzalo Giner, and the Friday reading clubs will join the meeting with the author Jorge Ortega and his novel In my hands I raise a storm organized by The Hanged Houses. Also, this Friday from the Luis Rius Library in Tarancón will be announced on fallo of the II Contest of Sustainable Libraries Stories.
