The program invented by Nintendo in Animal Crossing: New Horizons 2.0

The next free content in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, titled “Version 2.0”, has finally been revealed by Nintendo. Here is an overview of all the new features coming November 5th:

Soon you will be able to invite residents and friends for coffee on the second floor of the museum. Nothing silly, for sure, but what could be better than a good coffee after a stressful day?

At the navigation pier, Kapp’n is waiting to take you to an unknown place. During the trip, a frog will sing marine rhymes. Your fate? A mysterious island populated with vegetation never seen before. These special places can even be in different time zones or hemispheres.

The boat can also take you to the island of Harvey, the photographer, who is hosting a festival with his girlfriend Ginette. Help them build in the area to access rare stores: antiques, rugs, shrubs, bags or shoes. Even more surprises await you, some with unique features…

Minor additions also come with Update 2.0. For example, you can participate in group stretching activities with your islanders who are your friends, whose behavior you can change by talking to Marie.

Your home will require more storage space, especially for new items and decorations. Permanent ladders will also be added to reach heights more easily. Obviously, the Tom Nook store will have updates for all of these new tools.

If you decide to get a professional decoration license from Mr. Nook, you will be able to hang objects from the ceiling instead of laying them on the floor. In addition, it will be possible to hang wallpaper individually on the walls. With update 2.0, residents will visit you more often.

Nintendo will also take advantage of the update to add dishes for cooking and first-person games. The rain will also bring Gyroid tints that can be turned into fun items.

Finally, new hairstyles, reactions and even a beginner app will also be added when Animal Crossing: New Horizons Version 2.0, which launches on November 5th.
