Anton Mote as a private doctor is suspected in the alleged corruption and tips case for the governor of Papua Luca Enembecalled Central Army Hospital (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto did not provide sweet potatoes and taro.
This was relayed by Anton when he met at the RSPAD on Wednesday (11/1) evening. He and his family say they were unable to meet Lukas in person after being dumped.
Anton then asked about the food consumed by Lukas who was under treatment.
“Like now, I’m limited. I just asked to eat. Here, this hospital doesn’t prepare sweet potatoes and taro, only rice. Finally, there are no carbohydrates today,” said Anton.
Lukas, he said, had never eaten rice. Anton also hopes that Luke can be helped to seek treatment in the Land of Lions.
“Yes, he never (ate rice). He ate vegetables with potatoes at the end, where are the carbohydrates?
According to Anton, Lukas has a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease and stroke.
“There’s heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes, repeated strokes,” Anton explained.
He said Lukas had also been treated at the RSPAD due to a stroke. At that time, Dr. Terawan Agus Putranto was in charge of it.
On the same occasion, Luke’s lawyer Petrus Bala Pattyona also claimed that his client was not fit to eat rice.
“Eat sweet potatoes and taro. Rice is not suitable,” Petrus said.
The anti-corruption agency and Papua Mobile Brigade team arrested Lukas while he was eating at a restaurant in Abepura, Jayapura on Tuesday (10/1). This arrest led to chaos in Papua.
Lukas is tried by the KPK for alleged corruption and tips worth billions of rupees.
Lukas is suspected of receiving bribes from PT Tabi Bangun Papua (TBP) director Rijatono Lakka regarding infrastructure projects at the Papua (Pemprov) provincial government. Meanwhile, in the tip case, the Committee for the Elimination of Corruption admits they are still investigating.
For his actions, Lukas is suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or Article 11 and Article 12B of Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning the elimination of corruption, as amended by law no. Eradication of criminal acts of corruption.
