The printing house of Peevski and Krasteva owes millions to KTB – 2024-08-24 17:54:14

/ world today news/ KTB’s trustees to deal with Print trading. This is the company that owes BGN 90,000,000 to Partner Leasing. Partner Leasing, for its part, owes KTB millions. This is what dozens of depositors insist on, who have sent signals to all authorities that deals are being carried out behind the scenes that harm the bank and themselves.

Not long ago, the #Koi media made a big noise about the sale of several trucks from Partner Leasing AD. The noise seemed strange, because these trucks are pledged in favor of the bank, and any transfer of them goes with the bet, i.e. the bank is not harmed in the given case.

The truth about the media howl is quite different. And it is that Print Trading EAD, considered to be owned by a member of the DPS, owes Partner Leasing the “modest” sum of BGN 90,000,000. Ninety million!

Print Trading is from the constellation of companies of the Peevski family. It is owned by Doreco ltd, registered in the British Virgin Islands. The same company is quite active in Bulgaria and all around companies associated with Peevski. The offshore company is represented in Bulgaria by lawyer Malina Karadjova, who, according to Capital, is a former judge in Ruse and now a lawyer. Her daughter, lawyer Preslava Karadjova, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Plovdiv factory for cigarette packaging and casings Yuri Gagarin, which is also attributed to Peevski. What a coincidence. The offshore Doreko Commerce, which has a commercial contract with Yuri Gagarin, owner of both Print Trading (the so-called “new printing house of Irena Krasteva”) and Soda Communications, the advertising agency of Bulgartabac.

“Doreko Commerce” is a company that presents itself as a leader in the supply of raw materials for the cigarette and printing industry. The truth is that Doreko’s reach with this business is only one – “IPK1” or as it is now called “Print Trading”.

“IPK1” is a company from Peevski’s “family business”. The company was established in 2010 with the aim of taking over the printing of not only the “family newspapers” of the Monitor group, but also many others. At that time, it was owned by United Bulgarian Newspapers, and Irena Krasteva, Delyan Peevski’s mother, was directly present on the company’s board of directors at that time. A stronger relationship with the family – say hello to him.

In January 2014, however, the chief designer of Irena Krasteva’s media group, which Delyan Peevski calls “my family business” – Yane Yanev – suddenly became the owner of the company. How Yanev gets such trust and control over property worth tens of millions of BGN is a real mystery. However, when the strike against KTB was carried out, this mystery was solved…

The obligation of Print Trading EAD is under a lease agreement, according to which it had to pay this amount in order to acquire back the ownership of the new printing house. At the beginning of 2014, however, Print Trading EAD stopped the payment of installments under the lease, as a result of which, on 02.06.14, Partner Leasing AD issued an invitation for voluntary performance. In response dated 23.07.14, Print Trading EAD notified Partner Leasing AD in writing that it was terminating the performance of the lease agreement.

These actions of Peevski in the first months of 2014 are not accidental. Knowing in advance about the future intentional bankruptcy of KTB AD, he made the subtle calculation that it is more profitable to wait and buy back the printing house through a bailiff at a much lower price than to pay the lease installments in full with interest on them.

However, Partner Leasing AD can sell its claim to a third party because Print Trading EAD is a bad debtor and does not pay the installments under the lease. This is the reason why the media under Peevski’s wing suddenly became alarmed and brutally attacked the leasing company. AND THE RESULT WASN’T DELAYED – the receivers quite legally, but also as a priority, took up executive cases against Partner Leasing AD.

We have no doubt who will be the buyer of the new printing house and that its sale value will be reduced to pennies. The fraud is even more possible because of the sleepy state of the prosecutor’s office, which, when it comes to Peevski’s business and actions, turns to the other side.

This is the second attempt to acquire a property at a low price from companies from Peevski’s circle, which will once again damage the bankruptcy table of KTB AD.

We have already informed about the first case, namely – the sale of the former building of “Sofia Press” on Tsarigradsko shosse, with the active participation of the protected witness of the prosecution – Biser Lazov, after which the same building was mortgaged in favor of PIB AD under loans granted to the beloved Peevski’s company – Vodstroy 98 AD. The City Prosecutor’s Office of Sofia has been referred to the fraud, but this report will obviously go to the trash, like all the others, concerning the untouchable MP from the DPS.

Note: the howl of Peev media is that on December 28, 2012 “Agrokomplekt” EAD concluded a lease contract for 32 Scania heavy-duty vehicles with “Partner Leasing” AD. The initial contract of the construction company “Agrokomplekt” is with “Scania Finance Bulgaria” EOOD. The total value of the lease is €3,238,845.80 or around €100,000 per truck.

The buzz today is that corporate assets are being sold off, but at lower prices. We are talking about the same trucks. Why, however, not a single word is mentioned about the debt of 90 million of Peevski’s beloved Print Trading EAD – answer for yourself. As well as why the prosecutor’s office is silent.
