The future queen
Needless to say, everyone had their eyes on the Princess of Wales, aka Kate Middleton, who wore a dress by her favorite designer, Alexander McQueen (who also designed her wedding dress). Middleton, in a heartfelt tribute to her late mother-in-law Princess Diana, was beautiful in a cream dress embroidered with different shapes of flowers representing the four nations of the world. She wore a pair of pearl and diamond earrings that were passed down to her and radiated understated elegance and a historical reference to the royal house and the continuity of generations.
mini who
Princess Charlotte, in perfect coordination with her mother, also wore a McQueen outfit, because who could remain indifferent to this perfect mini-me look? That’s how it is, while we in Israel wear identical Delta pajamas, they go for the super designer McQueen. In addition, both wore a similar tiara on their heads, also designed by McQueen.
look at them
Representatives from all over the world were invited to the ceremony, including the country’s president Yitzhak Bozhi Herzog and his wife Michal, who wore a suit designed by Naama and Tovala Hassin, with jewelry from the Wolf Foundation. Jill Biden, the first lady of the United States, wore a blue Ralph Lauren suit, while Princess Beatrice went for a look that looked like it was taken from the streets of Beni Barak. Singer Katy Perry, by the way, wore Vivienne Westwood and looked more formal than ever.
High five for Louie
With all due respect to the variety of performances of the guests from the coronation ceremony, I must admit that what really pleased me was seeing Prince Louis in one of his tantrums. I enjoyed watching him yawn and get madly bored during the ceremony and find out, while my son is smeared on the floor of the mall, and find out that children of princes really don’t count anyone either.
