One of them is cashback of tens of millions for the premium type PCX Hybrid scooter,” said Diana Anggraini, Group Head of Corcomm Wahana, in a written statement, Friday (4/9/2020).
The Honda PCX150 has three types, namely the regular, hybrid and electric versions but they are not yet sold to the public. The PCX150 CBS price is IDR 29,843,000. PCX 150 ABS price of Rp. 32,842,000, while the PCX Hybrid price is IDR 43,293,000.

In the 150cc class, the Honda PCX Hybrid is Honda’s most expensive scooter. The second position is occupied by the Honda SH150i with Rp.41,900,000. While the most affordable is the Vario 150 Exclusive with IDR 24,150,000.

New PCX
The news that Honda is preparing the All New PCX is increasingly being heard. One of Honda’s flagship scooters is said to be launching in Thailand next year.
Interestingly, Thai media also said that before launching in their country, the new generation of PCX, which will increase its capacity to 157cc, will first launch in Indonesia, next September.
There has been no confirmation regarding the schedule for the launch of the All New PCX 157. Thai media also did not cite sources. But from the signs, this new project is believed to be correct and indeed Honda needs to refresh the PCX.

The reason is the dominance of Nmax, which cannot be contained. Moreover, the new generation of Nmax has launched in Indonesia and followed other countries at the end of last year, and went on sale early this year. There has been no confirmation about the technical details.
But referring to previous reports, the new generation PCX will carry a new eSP 157cc engine with four valves from the previous two.
If it is true that the new engine will be more responsive, then Honda looks serious about fixing the PCX 150 which was complained about the “geredek” engine and even finally contacted a number of consumers for mass repairs in Indonesia last year.
Another change is to use the eSAF framework that has been implemented in Genio and Beat. This frame design is claimed to be lighter and stronger. The Genio and BEAT are even 8 percent lighter than the previous frame.
