And the Central Bank of Lebanon had issued two urgent circulars, the first to the lire holders of citizens and institutions who want to convert them into dollars, while the second was addressed to the banks, which led to a sharp drop in the price of the green currency, being dropped from 37,000 pounds to less than 30,000 Lebanese pounds.
