“A heavily subsidized price”, specifies the Ministry of Agriculture, recalling the global context marked by soaring prices and the government’s desire to support farmers.
The government reassures that it has mobilized a “significant quantity” of food fertilizers available in all the stores of the Central Supply and Management of Agricultural Inputs (CAGIA).

He points out that provisions are also made to ensure secure management at the level of CAGIA stores so as to satisfy local demand and prevent any fraudulent exit from the territory.
The main players in the agricultural value chain are also urged to avoid speculation on these “heavily subsidized” fertilizers. Fertilizers are available at all CAGIA sales outlets in Togo.
