On the afternoon of January 25, the Presidium of the Second Session of the 14th Provincial People’s Congress held its fourth meeting. Hao Peng presided over the meeting.
The meeting listened to a report on the revision of the work report of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Government; heard and adopted a review report on the implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan of Liaoning Province in 2023 and the draft National Economic and Social Development Plan in 2024. Report on the implementation of the 2023 budget and the review results of the 2024 draft budget; listen to reports on the review and revision of the work reports of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, the Provincial Court and the Provincial Procuratorate.
The meeting adopted the draft resolution of the second session of the 14th Liaoning Provincial People’s Congress on the work report of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Government, and on the implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan of Liaoning Province in 2023 and the National Economic and Social Development Plan in 2024. The meeting adopted a report on the opinions on the handling of bills proposed by deputies at the second session of the 14th People’s Congress of Liaoning Province; approved the list of candidates for deputy director and member of the Standing Committee of the 14th People’s Congress of Liaoning Province.
