The advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs confirmed, during his telephone interviews, today, Tuesday, with the “Honorable Citizen” program, broadcast on Al-Hadath TV today, presented by the media, Syed Ali, that there is no reason currently to say that we have entered the second wave, but we must all be on the lookout. Dr. Muhammad Awad Tajuddin added that so far, at least 100 cases are monitored, and these are what have been monitored through the Ministry of Health laboratories, and that the number of cases now in hospitals ranges between 30 to 40%, and all these cases are an extension of the existing cases which are called The first wave.
He pointed out that what is detected today in terms of injuries, whether positive cases or cases in intensive care, are cumulative cases, and do not affect the low curve that Egypt is currently going through, pointing out that there are countries that still have huge numbers, including America, Brazil and India, and that China It is the only country in which the injury disappeared and the injury came from abroad only.
