The head of the Sudanese Al-Hilal team, Hisham Hassan Al-Sobat, sent a strong message to the Confederation of African Football, after his team’s victory over the Egyptian club Al-Ahly, last Saturday, with a goal for free, in the meeting that brought the two teams together at the “Blue Jewel” stadium, in the second round of the Champions League. Al-Sobat wrote, through his personal account on the social networking site “Facebook” on Saturday: “Al-Hilal defeated Al-Ahly of Egypt with a single goal, but in fact, our brave heroes were able to score more than one goal against the Egyptian team.”
“Kaf” prevented Al-Hilal fans from attending the stadium and encouraging the companions of the Sudanese international goalkeeper, Ali Abu Twenty, in front of Al-Ahly Club, because the stadium did not meet the regulations of the African Union.
And Al-Sobat continued in his fiery message to “Kaf” officials, writing, “It is true that the goal of victory came in the net of Al-Shennawi. But the second goal was in the net of injustice, surveillance, extremism, and inequality between clubs.”
Al-Sobat added, “Therefore, the will triumphed and the right prevailed thanks to the brightness of our great heroes, the ingenuity of the technical staff that managed the match optimally, the brothers in the board of directors and the football department, as well as the great Al-Hilal fans who endured the hell of deprivation and deputized a few, but they were on time perfectly and played their role.” Until you win.”
