The Constitutional Court did not uphold Hudák’s constitutional complaint.

BRATISLAVA. President Zuzana Caputova she proceeded correctly when in 2019 she decided not to appoint Jozef Hudák as Vice-Governor of the National Bank of Slovakia.

Constitutional Court did not comply with his constitutional complaint, alleging that the President had violated his fundamental right to equal access to public office. TASR informed the president’s spokesman Martin Strižinec.
