The Cajalmendralejo Assembly Halllocated on Paseo de San Francisco, will host tomorrow at 8:00 p.m. the presentation of two books of Badajoz prints by the author Manuel Alfaro Domínguez.
Published by the Editamás publishing house, Alfaro presents ‘Unpublished prints of Badajoz’ and ‘More Prints of Badajoz’. Publications that They bring together more than 75 prints about the history of Badajoz throughout the 20th century.
The first book, ‘Unpublished prints of Badajoz’ is illustrated with 182 photographs. This publication has been titled by the author’s paternal great-uncle, official city chronicler in the first half of the 20th century, Manuel Alfaro Pereirawho is also the material author of all the prints and photographs that appear.
The second book, ‘More Prints of Badajoz’, was published by the Publications Service of His Excellency. Badajoz City Council, with Mayor-President Ricardo Carapeto Burgos.
The latter incorporates a total of 27 Badajoz prints. It was also titled, posthumously, as ‘Badajoz Estampas Retrospectives’.
Admission will be free until capacity is reached.
