Due to the increasing number of cases coronavirus pandemic, all football matches in England have been closed to fans since mid-December.

In fact, the Premier League has allowed supporters to watch it live for almost a month, although not all clubs feel it. Now, in its development, the English Football Federation (FA), the British Government, and the National Health Security (NHS) continue to look for a formula to be able to return spectators to the stadium.

Moreover, England will be one of the hosts for the 2021 European Cup. So the duel in the final of the English League Cup at Wembley on April 25 will become a pilot project to bring fans in large numbers.

Quoted by talkSPORT, there will be a maximum of 4,000 spectators watching the duel Manchester City vs Tottenham Hotspur. Later, each team will receive 2,000 tickets each.
