The pregnant Laura sought help at the University Hospital in Burgas, but was returned – there were no places

The 36-year-old artist Lora Yaneva, who died of complications after a coronavirus infection at the University Hospital in Burgas, after her baby was removed through an emergency section, sought help in time. However, she was not admitted to the University Hospital in the seaside town because there were no places. This was told on Facebook by friends of the woman who passed away without time, outraged by the statement of the director of the medical institution, Dr. Boyko Mirazchiiski.

Pregnant in the sixth month The artist was admitted to UMHAT Burgas on March 19, and on the 23rd her condition worsened and she was intubated. The doctors performed an emergency section and degenerated the baby. At the moment, her boy, who was born in the 26th week of gestation, is in good general condition under the care of natatologists, but unfortunately his mother lost the battle for life on Saturday night.

By order of the Minister of Health, the Medical Supervision Executive Agency began an investigation into the death of Lora Yaneva, and the director of UMHAT-Burgas stated: “10-11 days before she was treated at home. And already in a muffled state was brought to the hospital. She was in a very serious condition – with severe bilateral pneumonia and severe respiratory failure.“.

His words provoked furious anger among Laura’s friends, as two of them wrote posts on Facebook, refuting Dr. Mirazchiiski.

One of them – Angelina Nedin – addressed her post to investigators.

Laura gets the first symptoms of the disease on 14.03 / fever /. On March 15, she underwent a test for coronavirus in a laboratory on the recommendation of a doctor, which turned out to be positive. was admitted to hospital after being in serious condition and after the help of prominent Burgas personalities!! The statements in the media about 10-11 days of treatment at home are not true. Laura, I know you won’t come back, but I owe you that!“, said Nedin.

In support of her, another friend of the deceased artist – Vili Todorova, writes that she kept in touch with 36-year-old Laura throughout her illness.

The moment she felt the first symptoms she took the necessary measures – did a PCR test, contacted her doctor, recommended her vitamins and went to the emergency room for admission. It was returned for the first time and after the intervention of prominent Burgas personalities from the municipality, it was accepted on March 19. Her condition worsened in a few days and the fact that she was treated for 10 days at home is not true at all and should not be spread in the media. Laura was a responsible person, both to those around her and to herself. We owe this explanation to Laura. Investigators of the case should not wash their hands and shift the blame for the case to the person who does not have it and cannot defend himself! I am angry and infinitely sad that this sunny and radiant girl left this world so ridiculously!“, wrote Vili Todorova.
