The Prefectural Department of Ioannina of A.D.E.D.Y., implementing a relevant decision of the Executive Committee, decided, on the occasion of the opening of the TIF, to participate in the rally together with the workers of the Private Sector on Saturday, September 9 2023, at 18:00, at the statue of Venizelos in Thessaloniki to highlight our demands and claim solutions to them.
For this purpose, it invites employees who wish to move to Thessaloniki to register their participation by September 2, exclusively at the email address [email protected].
The claims made by ADEDY are as follows:
- Our 10% salary increases, immediately, to cover this year’s inflation losses
- Abolition of the 2% unemployment levy
- Unfreezing of the 2016-17 biennium
- Tax-free at 12,000 euros
- Reset 13u – 14u salary
- Increase and extension of hazardous and unhealthy work allowance. No cut of it.
- Supporting the NHS with generous funding. Reducing the number of students to 1:15. No to layoffs and suspensions of staff.
- Repeal of the Hatzidakis Law (N4808/21) on labor matters, as well as repeal of all laws that privatize social security.
- Recruitment of permanent staff to cover the thousands of organizational gaps that exist in the State, especially in the fields of Health, Education, Social Security, etc.
- At the same time, we say no to the privatization of public organizations and agencies.
