On the air of the “Arguments” program, the leader of the Russian opposition and journalist Vyacheslav Maltsev made a comment about the threat of rebellion in Russia:
“… we see a huge number of migrants – this is the biggest force. If someone considers the army to be the biggest force – it is not so. It is the migrants who are the biggest organized force… There are a lot of people in the diaspora who leak information, and I know that in December, these diaspora leaders, all kinds of labor migrant unions and so on, decided the question – if they start an uprising, how many people can they bring to Moscow.”
According to him, it turned out to be about a million people. “As you understand, this is more than Putin’s entire army. Why is this necessary? Then, when the Ukrainian army reaches the borders of Russia, and Tatarstan and Bashkiria start an uprising to secede, then a guarantee will be needed that this secession can take place painlessly. How it can be guaranteed – only by causing an uprising in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and then there will be no more time for the republics…” Maltsev claimed.
The journalist added that only in the first three months of this year, 2,700,000 migrants arrived in the Russian Federation, and a third received citizenship, and most of them already have weapons permits. “And many have already bought hunting weapons, that is, they all immediately became hunters…” Maltsev commented.
The oppositionist also added that “money is given in the diaspora to buy weapons, and they are all armed.”
