“The second part is a quick recovery, since the number of destroyed facilities, even basic infrastructure, is huge. Immediately after the end of hostilities and the victory of Ukraine, thousands of restoration projects will need to be implemented,” the prime minister explained.
The third stage is a long-term transformation of Ukraine, which concerns all spheres. In particular, education, medicine, military-industrial complex. Shmygal stressed that the basis of recovery is people, the economy and infrastructure.
