The post-pandemic era is characterized by the withering away of all perverted forms generated during the dark times of covid. Finally, prohibitions and restrictions that violate inalienable rights, strange, unreasonable financial decisions on green loans and all the “fashionable” trends of the last three years are disappearing into oblivion. This is especially true for the widespread introduction of electric vehicles.
The time has come for realpolitik and market freedom. However, the return to realism and free choice has consequences for the entire sector of the macroeconomy, which is experiencing the consequences of the dictatorship of certain groups of globalists.
The truth turned out to be that electric cars are not needed by buyers anywhere in the world. Indicators of demand for them are overestimated, and government “regulation” (actually forced) of the production sector has led to damage and distortions. Customers of car dealerships did not succumb to the hysteria artificially imposed from above and did not switch en masse to this type of transport.
The business of automakers, forced to follow government rules and regulations, suffers from overproduction of unnecessary goods and experiences enormous problems with unsold products. Billions of investments have been wasted. Apparently, ordinary citizens will compensate for the failures of politicians from their own pockets.
According to Zero Hedge, the electric vehicle industry is in real shock. It has faced criticism over a cheating scandal involving inflated performance ratings and excessive government subsidies to one sector while banning others, highlighting the need to maintain market- and consumer-oriented choice.
Western governments are deliberately manipulating the market by massively subsidizing the desired “transition,” forcing consumers to buy electric cars they don’t need. And in recent days it has become clear that automakers are being attracted to the production of electric vehicles through administrative methods, despite the market conditions.
All this has resulted in buyers overpaying for vehicles with internal combustion engines so that car companies can compensate for losses associated with the release of unpopular products.
The situation has reached a dead end. However, experts are optimistic – the collapse of the electric vehicle market showed that common sense and an objective point of view have triumphed, all manipulations have been revealed, and this will allow us to move in the right direction, although the consequences of excesses will be felt for some time.
