The porn website ended up with a package of a doll made of Ariana Grande – This is how the company commented –

The characters from the movie Wicked played by Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande were made into dolls whose product packages were accidentally printed with a porn site. AOP

The toy manufacturing company Mattel has found itself in the middle of an uproar because of its mistake. According to the Sky News news site, Mattel put dolls on sale The Wicked – about the main characters of the film, who are acting Cynthia Erivo and singer Ariana Grande.

The doll packages were supposed to include the address of the movie’s website. Instead, the packages printed an address for an adult entertainment website with a similar name to the movie. According to the New York Times, the dolls were sold with an age recommendation of 4+.

According to the BBC news website, many who bought the dolls had time to post pictures of the website in the product packaging on social media.

Mattel apologizes for what happened in its statement. According to Mattel, the dolls had managed to be sold mainly in the United States.

– We deeply regret this unfortunate mistake and will immediately take steps to correct this, the release reads.

– We remind parents that the website incorrectly printed on the packages is not suitable for children. Consumers who already own the product are advised to dispose of the product packaging or cover the link and contact Mattel’s customer service for more information, the company advises.

The Wicked -film premieres in Finland on November 22. The movie is based on the Wonderland of Oz movie world. The film is about the misunderstood Elphaba (Erivo), who befriends the popular Glinda (Grande). Their friendship is put to the test when the two meet the Wizard of Oz, and they drift down different paths.
