The popular sports event “Sports United” takes place in Chemnitz

On Saturday, Chemnitz’s most popular sports event, “Sports United”, takes place. Hundreds of participants are out all over the city – for example on walking, skating or triathlon. There is a balance bike track for children and a wheelchair ride for wheelchair users. This year the goal is the stadium on Gellertstrasse. A “Sporty” club festival is celebrated there with many opportunities to participate. The crowning decision is a football match between the Chemnitz Crusaders and Jena.
