70 thousand chain employees will receive “special discounts of PLN 1,000 in the form of vouchers to be used in Biedronka stores.” The company will spend approximately PLN 70 million on such discount vouchers. Vouchers can be used until the end of January 2024.
This year, the Christmas package will also include over PLN 161,000. packages for employees and their children. The company allocated nearly PLN 93 million for this purpose.
This year, according to the network, there were no sweets in the packages for children, and all gifts were packed in ecological boxes.
So what do the children of Biedronka employees get? The youngest (0-2 years old) received a table with blocks, a shape sorter car, a creative magnetic puzzle, a book from the “Jadzia Pętelka” series and a memo game “I’m getting to know emotions”.
The package for slightly older children (3-6 years old) includes an interactive pen, the “Bandit Project” board game, play dough, a set of blocks, a scratch-off game, stamps and washable tattoos.
The next age group (7-10) included in their package an arcade game called “Fishing”, a glow-in-the-dark puzzle, a card game called “The Forest Dispute”, a scratch-off game and a set of logical puzzles.
For teenagers (11-18 years old), Biedronka has prepared a glow-in-the-dark puzzle, the Sequence strategy game, the Gangster City game, darts and the Virus board game.
The employees themselves found a set of pots, a kitchen textile set and sweets in their packages.
