Actor Ashton Kutcher has revealed that he suffered a rare form of vasculitis three years ago. He informed about it on his own twitter profile. Due to this disease, he suffered from hearing, vision and balance problems.
“I’m fully recovered. Everything’s fine. Let’s move on,” he continued. In an interview with legendary adventurer Bear Grylls, he revealed that he is lucky to be alive, the website reported Sky News. It took almost a year for his lost senses to return again.
“You don’t appreciate it until it’s gone. Until you say to yourself: I don’t know if I’ll ever see again, I don’t know if I’ll ever hear again, I don’t know if I’ll ever walk again,” he continued in the interview.
Vasculitis, which affected the star of the series Golden Seventy or Two and a Half Men, is also manifested by, for example, fever, fatigue or loss of appetite. This can then be followed by muscle and joint pain. Vasculitis attacks the blood vessels and there are several types of this disease. In extreme cases, it can also damage important organs.
