The political system in Bulgaria is slowly going away

“All politicians say that a great crisis is coming, but the great crisis is already a fact – it is a political crisis of the worst type.” That turned before the BNR analyst Valentin Vatsev explained that this is not a crisis of technological or procedural type, but a substantive crisis of representation, ie. 60% of voters do not want to identify with this policy:

“In such a crisis, the parties that manage to build a party government will suffer terrible moral and political damage. That is why the MRF is behaving in this way, showing that they have nothing to do with what is happening.”

According to the analyst, the only “safe government” that can be built, ie. not to cause terrible damage, is of technocratic-expert type – with limited validity time and with a limited number of essential tasks:

“Theoretically, it is still possible to form such a government.”

He stressed that the main political parties are ready for new elections, and only the BSP sincerely believes that the time for a government has not yet expired.

Vatsev pointed out that the chances of going to the third elections are already greater than the chances of forming a cabinet.

“I do not think that any new elections will destroy the political system, on the contrary. Bulgaria’s political system is slowly disappearing before our eyes and will reach a dead end. It has entered its worst crisis in 30 years.” .

The analyst was adamant that the party “There is such a people” is not a threat to the political system:

“It is not a reason for the political delegitimization of the political system, but a symptom of that delegitimization.”

In the show “12 + 4” Valentin Vatsev also commented on the situation in Afghanistan:

“There was no real resistance to the Taliban offensive in Afghanistan. … The Taliban army came to power calmly and quietly and is currently wondering what to do with the mountains of American weapons.”
