A few days ago, Moroccan King Mohammed VI officially announced Morocco’s candidacy to organize the 2030 World Cup with Spain and Portugal.
During a speech by the Minister of National Education, Primary Education and Sports, on behalf of King Mohammed VI, it was decided to present Morocco with its candidacy file to host the 2030 World Cup with Spain and Portugal.
The king added, “This joint candidacy is a precedent in the history of football, and it will bear the title of linking Africa and Europe, between the north and south of the Mediterranean Sea, and between the African continent, the Arab world, and the Euro-Mediterranean space.”
